{History}Lucifer saw the truth long before his siblings did.

He lead a rebellion against their father, that all-powerful, seemingly benevolent emperor, with those of his siblings who could see what he saw. They were not a large enough force, however, and after much bloodshed, they were struck down. His father, in his infinite wisdom, seated Lucifer on a throne no one wanted - a throne no one had held in generations.

He banished his most beautiful son to the desert and left him there to rot.

Rot he did not, however. Oh no - youngest, most cunning, most stunning, he held his own in that desert kingdom, shaping the siblings that had been banished with him into a formidable army. No longer would they be named Nefilim, no longer fallen, they would call themselves the Morningstars. In that desert, Lucifer found several brides.

From them have come his many children.

He has, without the permission of the father that seeks to control him, brought his forces out of the desert and into these new lands. Here, they seek to rebuild and to have the freedom to be anything they wish to be. Here, they will become something more than the perfect little soldiers their father bred them to be. Here, they will finally be well and truly free.

{Laws}I. Morningstars do not harm the innocent.
II. Any child of a Morningstar may carry the name, and may be proven worthy to lead the family.
III. Battle skills are necessary to survive, but they are not the most important skills in the world. Diplomacy, healing, and all other softer skills are equally as necessary and important.
IV. Morningstar leaders should always be the most levelheaded, clear, and calm individuals in the family. Aggressive hotheads can make incredible warriors, but they seldom make equally as impressive leaders.
V. The family comes first. Always. You betray the family, you get stripped of your name and branded a traitor. Depending on how bad the betrayal was, you may be summarily executed.
VI. Spouses cannot take the Morningstar name, but may instead take the name Morninglight to distinguish them from bloodline members.

{Luci's Morningstar Siblings}Please note - Luci's siblings that fell after Luci left his kingdom are available in my Nefilim adopt thread! They do not yet carry the Morningstar name, and might never choose to do so. The names listed here are all able to be changed, except for Sarathiel's. She is a canon adoptable and must keep her name.
